Dr. Nomonde Mabuya is a distinguished South African medical professional, business leader, and advocate for women’s empowerment. With a career spanning over three decades, she has established herself as a seasoned C-suite executive and director with 25 years of non-executive board experience.

She began her medical journey in 1991 at Chris Hani Baragwanath Hospital before transitioning into private practice as a General Practitioner in Randfontein in 1993. Her passion for occupational health led her to specialize in Occupational Medicine, Travel Health, and Aerospace Medicine. She further enhanced her expertise with an MBA (cum laude) in Strategic Marketing.

Currently, Dr. Mabuya serves as the CEO of QalodigiHealth, where she is leading innovations in digital healthcare. Previously, she was the Chief Executive Officer of 3Sixty Health Solutions, where she expanded administrator services and strengthened the organization’s financial performance. She has also worked as an Occupational Health and Safety Consultant for major corporations, including Vodacom, Deloitte, Standard Bank, Telkom, and the South African Reserve Bank. Beyond her executive roles, Dr. Mabuya is a strong advocate for gender equality and entrepreneurship. She is the Founder and Trustee of the Women’s Sports Trust and Women Entrepreneurs Trust, in partnership with Aon South Africa, initiatives aimed at empowering women in business and sports.

Her influence extends to academia and policy development, having lectured for 15 years at the University of Pretoria’s School of Public Health and co-developing national guidelines for workplace fitness and road accident assessments. Recognized for her leadership, she has received numerous accolades, including the Black Business Council Award for Emerging Women-Owned Entrepreneurs. Dr. Mabuya’s career exemplifies excellence in healthcare, leadership, and transformative impact in society.
